The Complete Package

Designing your own granny annexe can be overwhelming, but we’re here to help. We provide unbiased and friendly advice tailored to your specific needs.

At our UK office and factory, we create and install personalized annexes on a weekly basis. Our turn-key service means we take care of every aspect, including the concrete base, services, trenching, and connections. We also handle any Planning Permission or Certification requirements for your annexe.

Once you’ve reviewed our brochures, we’ll visit your garden to assess the space and propose a layout that suits your vision. We evaluate the site for location, access, and service availability, and then provide you with a fixed-price quotation for the complete supply of your granny annexe.

Once we’ve obtained the necessary planning permission or certification for your garden annexe, we proceed with the Site Pack, which involves preliminary groundwork and typically takes 1 to 2 weeks. Using CADCAM precision cutting equipment, we manufacture each garden home to a remarkable accuracy of 0.1mm. This ensures a swift and professional assembly by our own team.

Our dedicated plumbers and electricians handle the final commissioning of every granny annexe, making all the necessary connections. We then carry out the finishing touches in terms of decoration, delivering a pristine and beautiful new home to you.

Typically, we complete each project within 6-7 months from the date of your order (including 3 months for documentation), with our on-site presence spanning approximately 4-5 weeks.
